A UX/UI DESIGNER, with a background in statistics, consumer behavior, and fashion design.
Koos is a consultancy specialized in Service and UX design that helps other organizations deliver end-to-end services that people find easy and enjoyable to use. They are committed to having 100% positive impact projects.
Context
"To be the first global design agency 100% committed to making a positive impact".
The first step to achieve this:
Developing a Positive Impact Framework (PIF)
"Our next step in achieving this is developing a tool to help our clients measure their positive impact".
Koos Goals
-
The evaluation tool will be used after a project has been completed by Koos and concrete goals have been set by the client.
-
Besides providing insight into the positive impact that is being made, the tool should also motivate Koos to set clients up for success when it comes to realizing a project.
How might we develop a tool to interactively and visually track the positive impact made with the projects after implementation based on the PIF model?
How might we have a user-friendly interface to facilitate the information visualization of PIF results?

Research process
My research process started with the Stakeholder interview.
They gave me access to their survey and the data generated by it, so I started to understand how I should present the data on the dashboard.

2
I follow by market analysis to check if there were some other service agencies that are already working with Positive Impact dashboards and couldn’t find one.
3
Also, I did interviews with Koos employees, the “Koosjes”. Below are some examples of insights from these interviews.
The process of the client should be close to Koos because is hard to see the value of PIF and understand it.
The impact never happen during the project, so it would be much more relevant check half year later.
The client can also present the results within their organization.
Therefore the user journey should have...

User journey
Since Koos was still adapting the PIF on their projects, I had to understand how it would work to understand how to present the data in a dashboard.
Visual Identity
For the dashboard, I followed the same visual identity as Koos website. Some examples are buttons without a corner radius, brand colors on cards, and illustrations.
Dashboard Design System
Here are some examples of the components built and their states.
Iterations
The ideation process started with the wireframe to understand the structure and flow of the dashboard.
The client would have an overview of the Project's KPIs related to the PIF.
Final Prototype
Since the process that my user would go through with the project would have three stages, I developed, using my persona, a storyboard to exemplify my final prototype.
